Return Policy - General Rules

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, only in case of a defect or fault in the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Fees: No return fees apply if there is a defect in the item or if the product differs from what was ordered.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition with all attachments and unused.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

  • Attach Photos: Three photos of the product must be included with the request.
  • Shipping: Hand the product over to the shipping company, and we’ll assist you with any inquiries.
  • Refund: After inspecting the returned product and approving the request, the product’s value will be refunded.
